  2. We talked about my medication and how it is doing and if I had many side effects. She listened well. She gave a detailed Report.

  3. The Doctor cares about the progress and status. However, he is normally vary late (sometimes 40min late). We were kind of frustated last time because we took like 10 min later due to all the check-in and the doctor was ubset because we were a bit late when he is normally late every single time.

  13. Monique Ying comes across as very intelligent, patiently listens to your questions and gives a very detailed and informative answer. When I leave my appointment with her, I feel comfortable I've received thorough care and had all my questions and concerns answered and addressed.

  14. Always on top of my current needs and knows the history. Makes sure any of my concerns are addressed first before moving forward with the scheduled appointment. Checks to make sure other care team members are also in the loop and following up as they need to as well. Very pleasant yet professional at all times
