About me
I am a physical therapist passionate about helping people move better, feel stronger and return to the activities they love.
I treat a wide range of orthopedic, neurological, and vestibular conditions, with a special focus on:
- Hypermobility disorders
- Balance and vestibular issues
- Post-stroke rehabilitation
- Lower extremity orthopedic injuries
In my practice, I use a trauma-informed care approach, meaning I take the time to listen, understand your unique experiences and work with you collaboratively to create a treatment plan that fits your needs. Whether you're dealing with balance issues, recovering from a stroke, managing hypermobility or getting back on your feet after an injury, I’m here to support you every step of the way.
I see patients at the OHSU Center for Health & Healing.
Outside of work, I usually hike, play pickleball, weightlift, bake, read or run with my rescue dog, Bandit. I also deeply value spending time with my family and friends.

Insurance
Before scheduling an appointment
- Check your network. If you have health insurance, call your company to find out if the OHSU Health location or provider you plan to visit is part of your network.
- Ask what you will pay. Your insurance company can tell you what your costs are likely to be.
If you schedule an appointment and your health insurance does not include OHSU Health, you may have to pay more than if you go to a provider in your insurance network.
