About me
Dr. Jacobs specializes in caring for youth and young adults for primary care and specific concerns. She has advanced training in adolescent medicine and IUD and Nexplanon placement and removal. Dr. Jacobs enjoys working with youth because she has the opportunity to develop ongoing relationships with inspiring young adults at annual visits.
In her spare time, Dr. Jacobs enjoys cuddling with her rescue dog, Flora. On weekends they like to try new hiking trails, visit farmer’s markets and spend time with family. Having grown up in Seattle, Washington, and attended college in McMinnville, Oregon, Dr. Jacobs is thrilled to return to the Pacific Northwest.

Insurance
Before scheduling an appointment
- Check your network. If you have health insurance, call your company to find out if the OHSU Health location or provider you plan to visit is part of your network.
- Ask what you will pay. Your insurance company can tell you what your costs are likely to be.
If you schedule an appointment and your health insurance does not include OHSU Health, you may have to pay more than if you go to a provider in your insurance network.
