Why aren't there any ratings?

There is no publicly available rating for this care provider for one of three reasons:

About me

I am a family medicine doctor who provides full-spectrum primary care, including treatment for: 

  • Chronic conditions
  • Pregnancy care
  • Preventative care
  • Care for acute illnesses

I have special interests in working with patients seeking:

  • Pregnancy/prenatal care
  • Reproductive health
  • Chronic pain
  • Addiction medicine
  • Gender affirming care

I work with a person's specific goals and explore what health means to them. My philosophy of patient care is about serving the whole person and helping individuals achieve their own version of ideal health. I look forward to walking alongside patients through both challenging and joyful seasons of their lives.

A transplant from Wisconsin, I am excited to be serving patients in the beautiful Pacific Northwest! I grew up on the Mississippi River and moved around the Upper Midwest before coming to Portland for training.

In my spare time, you can find me playing music, dancing, crafting, swimming, reading or spending quiet time with my wife and two cats.

Insurance

Before scheduling an appointment

  1. Check your network. If you have health insurance,  call your company to find out if the OHSU Health location or provider you plan to visit is part of your network.
  2. Ask what you will pay. Your insurance company can tell you what your costs are likely to be.

If you schedule an appointment and your health insurance does not include OHSU Health, you may have to pay more than if you go to a provider in your insurance network.
