About me

Lindsey Nowacki is a licensed clinical social worker who provides counseling for children and adults with anxiety, depression, ADHD, grief, psychological distress, PTSD, trauma and life transitions and change.

Lindsey’s approach to counseling is empathic, holistic and patient-centered. She enjoys working with individuals of all ages, ethnicities, cultures and backgrounds. Her goal in counseling is to provide support, tools, strategies and skills to help patients thrive. She is passionate about behavioral health integration within primary care and supporting individuals with chronic health conditions.

Lindsey is originally from the East Coast and has been visiting the Pacific Northwest for many years before moving to the area. She enjoys the outdoors in all seasons, going for hikes and long walks. Lindsey spends leisure time reading, listening to music, cooking and being with friends.

If you schedule an appointment and your health insurance does not include OHSU Health, you may have to pay more than if you go to a provider in your insurance network.
