About me

I strive to partner with patients to improve their health and prevent long term consequences of any illness.  I believe that educating patients about their conditions and engaging them in their health care choices is the best approach to care. I am married with three wonderful children. I love hiking, skiing, biking, reading, dancing and photography and anything with my dog.

  14. A lot of doctors just give you the result and don't explain what that means and what that does to your wellbeing. The patient has to google things answers, and that's never a good thing. Dr Lester explains what others have failed to do. She assess the entire health of a patient when making decisions. She listens and that's a unique quality in a doctor nowadays.
