About me

I strive to partner with patients to improve their health and prevent long term consequences of any illness.  I believe that educating patients about their conditions and engaging them in their health care choices is the best approach to care. I am married with three wonderful children. I love hiking, skiing, biking, reading, dancing and photography and anything with my dog.

She has been very patient and understandingwith my reticence to take medication for osteoporosis and very kind about regrouping when my osteoporosis got worse, and I needed a more significant intervention. I could not ask for anything more from a health care provider than her very confident, very knowledgeable and very caring approach to supporting my overall health!
