If you schedule an appointment and your health insurance does not include OHSU Health, you may have to pay more than if you go to a provider in your insurance network.

  7. She took the time needed to listen to my concerns, addressed my questions, helped come up with a plan and I felt heard which is not always the case with providers at OHSU

  8. They never got back to me about my blood panel even though a lot of my results came back bad and didn't care when I told her how sick I've been feeling

  9. Dr had poor bedside manner and unprepared for the visit.

  10. She's respectful and good at listening. She logs on the video calls on time.

  11. My doctor listened to all of my concerns and tried to find ways to assist. She rechecked my medicines and planned how to respond if I had any further questions in the future. I was very pleased with being able to do a virtual visit as I live nearly 6 hours away. I also do not drive in the city, so the person that usually takes me is unavailable in the summer. I am beyond thankful for this doctor and this method of communication. I am beyond happy with this video call and my doctor.

  14. I would feel comfortable bragging about the car I received when I was there from capable doctors and nurses, but the logistics of waiting for appointments would make me not recommend

She's taking over a big load and I think she's doing great she's helped me a lot and also the pharmacist helped me and we're changing up a lot of the meds and trying to get me off of insulin that's great!! Was improved immensely since coming back to Harold snyster's diabetic clinic and OHSU I'm battling stage 4 cancer and they have been a tremendous help compared to outside organizations that I was attended to I love OHSU and I can't talk enough of positiveness of the people that run the place doctor and also nurse there and all the people in between even the cafeteria is fantastic keep up the good work and I'm glad to be part of OHSU

  16. She was very considerate, professional, and thorough. I felt like she listened to my questions and concerns and worked to find ways to help me with them. She seemed very knowledgeable, yet personable.

  17. I had a good visit however blood tests were ordered & returned with some fairly abnormal results for kidney function. I have yet to have any comment from the Dr.

  24. I explained some previous negative interactions with endocrinologists, and Dr Childress blew me away. She listened to me and offered advice, and she made sure I understood that I am in control, and any suggestions are purely that. If they dont work for me, I should stop and do what I know. She also shared some recent diabetes medical advancements I was not aware of, and I am so happy to explore these new options.
