About me
Julia Farrell, OTR/L, IBCLC, has worked with pediatric patients and their families since 1997 in a variety of settings, including: inpatient, NICU, outpatient, schools, private clinics, and home based. Julia moved to Portland in 2018 to complete her training at Portland State University’s Lactation Consultant program. Julia’s primary area of interest for the last 15 years of her career has been pediatric feeding and swallowing disorders. She currently spends the majority of her week working in the OHSU Feeding and Swallowing Disorders Clinic. In addition, Julia works with children providing outpatient evaluation and treatment to help children and their families reach their goals with regard to fine motor, sensory processing and self-care skills.
