About me

Dr. Wong is an expert in minimally invasive gynecologic surgery and treats the full scope of gynecologic surgical and pelvic pain issues. Dr. Wong believes in holistic care for medically and surgically complex patients and long-term solutions for chronic pelvic pain. This includes the management of fibroids, endometriosis, pelvic cysts, Essure-related pain, transgender-affirming surgery, and complex pelvic and vulvar pain disorders. She welcomes patients of all backgrounds and works with them to create a treatment plan that deeply aligns with their personal goals and best practice guidelines.

Dr. Wong has research interests in surgical technology and ergonomics, sex disparities in medicine and the multimodal treatment of chronic pelvic pain. She provides care at both OHSU Hillsboro Medical Center and the OHSU Center for Women’s Health.

Outside of work, she enjoys cooking for her loved ones, learning how to rock climb, and exploring the world with her partner and Husky mix.

Insurance

Before scheduling your appointment, we recommend you contact your insurance company to verify that the OHSU Health location or provider you plan to visit is included in your network. Your insurance company will also be able to inform you of any copayments, co–insurance, or deductibles that will be your responsibility. If you proceed in scheduling an appointment and your health insurance benefits do not participate with OHSU providers, your out of pocket liability may be higher. Visit the billing and insurance section of our site for more information.
