About me
Dr. Gabby Lilly is originally from Bucharest, Romania but moved to the United States as a teenager, growing up in the San Francisco Bay Area. She attended UCLA, where she studied psychobiology, graduating cum laude with College Honors in 2012. She obtained her medical degree from the Keck School of Medicine of USC in 2018, graduating summa cum laude with a distinction in research.
Dr. Lilly joined the Department of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery at OHSU in 2024. She returned to the team as faculty after completing her residency training in Otolaryngology-Head and Neck surgery at OHSU in 2023 and fellowship training in Laryngology at Johns Hopkins University in 2024. She specializes in the treatment of voice, airway, and swallowing disorders, including airway stenosis, benign and malignant vocal fold lesions, recurrent respiratory papillomatosis, vocal fold paralysis, spasmodic dysphonia, and transgender voice care. She has a particular interest in the surgical treatment of laryngotracheal stenosis, including novel endoscopic interventions for subglottic stenosis such as the Maddern laryngotracheoplasty. Dr. Lilly’s goal is to provide comprehensive and compassionate laryngologic care in a multidisciplinary system.
When not at work, Dr. Lilly enjoys spending time in the outdoors with her husband and labrador retriever, as well as long distance running.

Dr Lilly is great. Her skills are outstanding and her communication and follow through is very good.
Professional and competent
I can usually tell when someone knows what they are doing and Dr. Lilly is very obviously knowledgeable and competent and has my trust
Everyone was super nice, made sure I was comfortable and had what I needed.
I have always had a great experience with Dr. Lilly. She is always willing to provide explanations, answer questions, and is always very clear and transparent. I am grateful to have her as my doctor while navigating this new diagnosis.
Dr. Lilly was excellent. She answered all of my questions clearly. She was extremely concerned about my comfort during removal of draining tubes and during the nasal endoscopy. She listened carefully to all of my concerns and addressed each issue separately and took action on getting testing done that hadn't previously been requested by our surgeons.
They answered the questions that I had
Very pleased, even though there seems to be any answers to my issue. Though was assured my records and scans would be reviewed to see if anything might have been overlooked. Possibly new scan in future. Recommended speech therapy.
Dr. Lilly is a fine clinician. She did have a student, however. I always wish doctors would at least asl permission to have students observe since there may be something personal I want to talk about.
Dr Lilly is extremely good at toggling between efficiency and being personal, listening and leading.

Very good
Both my appointments went very well. I liked both doctors. They were very thorough. Explained everything very well. I appreciated that and they took the time to let me wrap my mind around what was going on and how they explained everything they were going to do. They were patient with me.
Dr. Lilly has been a wonderful MD, Surgeon and very concerned about my health and well-being. My procedure was a very rare case, and I am forever grateful for her expertise in her field.
