About me
Dr. Gabby Lilly is originally from Bucharest, Romania but moved to the United States as a teenager, growing up in the San Francisco Bay Area. She attended UCLA, where she studied psychobiology, graduating cum laude with College Honors in 2012. She obtained her medical degree from the Keck School of Medicine of USC in 2018, graduating summa cum laude with a distinction in research.
Dr. Lilly joined the Department of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery at OHSU in 2024. She returned to the team as faculty after completing her residency training in Otolaryngology-Head and Neck surgery at OHSU in 2023 and fellowship training in Laryngology at Johns Hopkins University in 2024. She specializes in the treatment of voice, airway, and swallowing disorders, including airway stenosis, benign and malignant vocal fold lesions, recurrent respiratory papillomatosis, vocal fold paralysis, spasmodic dysphonia, and transgender voice care. She has a particular interest in the surgical treatment of laryngotracheal stenosis, including novel endoscopic interventions for subglottic stenosis such as the Maddern laryngotracheoplasty. Dr. Lilly’s goal is to provide comprehensive and compassionate laryngologic care in a multidisciplinary system.
When not at work, Dr. Lilly enjoys spending time in the outdoors with her husband and labrador retriever, as well as long distance running.

Dr Lily is awesome. She spends time explaining without asking! She is very thorough!
Dr Lilly was personable, read my patient history, made eye contact, listened, was thorough in covering my symptoms and past meds. I was impressed with her attitude and explanation of looking at a different way of treating my cough and sinus issues that have plagued me for three years. I've been on a roller coaster with a lot of doctors and she's been the best so far with her demeanor and approach. I felt hopeful and optimistic when I left her office.

Stephanie and dr Lilly were excellent! Very thorough and knowledgeable
It went really well.
Absolutely fantastic. Equal parts direct and compassionate -- exactly what I look for in a doctor. Made all of the risks of the surgery very clear, described the procedure using a model in a very accessible way, and was careful about using gender affirming language. Top notch.
She was informed (about my medical diagnosis and treatment options), positive communication and great bedside manner'. I felt seen and cared for! Thank you!
Dr. Lilly is a fantastic provider. She takes the time to make sure all of my questions and concerns have been addressed. It feels like she really listens and truly cares about my experience and outcomes as a patient. My appointments with her never feel rushed like I have felt with other providers. I leave each appointment with her feeling more confident and comfortable with the plan for my care.
Very knowledgeable, personable
