About me

Dr. Gabby Lilly is originally from Bucharest, Romania but moved to the United States as a teenager, growing up in the San Francisco Bay Area. She attended UCLA, where she studied psychobiology, graduating cum laude with College Honors in 2012. She obtained her medical degree from the Keck School of Medicine of USC in 2018, graduating summa cum laude with a distinction in research.

Dr. Lilly joined the Department of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery at OHSU in 2024. She returned to the team as faculty after completing her residency training in Otolaryngology-Head and Neck surgery at OHSU in 2023 and fellowship training in Laryngology at Johns Hopkins University in 2024. She specializes in the treatment of voice, airway, and swallowing disorders, including airway stenosis, benign and malignant vocal fold lesions, recurrent respiratory papillomatosis, vocal fold paralysis, spasmodic dysphonia, and transgender voice care. She has a particular interest in the surgical treatment of laryngotracheal stenosis, including novel endoscopic interventions for subglottic stenosis such as the Maddern laryngotracheoplasty. Dr. Lilly’s goal is to provide comprehensive and compassionate laryngologic care in a multidisciplinary system.

When not at work, Dr. Lilly enjoys spending time in the outdoors with her husband and labrador retriever, as well as long distance running.

Insurance

Before scheduling an appointment

  1. Check your network. If you have health insurance,  call your company to find out if the OHSU Health location or provider you plan to visit is part of your network.
  2. Ask what you will pay. Your insurance company can tell you what your costs are likely to be.

If you schedule an appointment and your health insurance does not include OHSU Health, you may have to pay more than if you go to a provider in your insurance network.
