About me
I'm a psychiatrist with a special focus in reproductive psychiatry. This means I support my patients' mental health through some of life's most significant hormonal and emotional transitions.
I specialize in caring for people navigating:
- Perinatal mental health (pregnancy planning, pregnancy and the postpartum period)
- Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder (PMDD)
- Perimenopausal mental health
In my practice, I see every person as a unique individual. There are no one-size-fits-all answers in reproductive psychiatry, and I take the time to understand what you're going through and what matters most to you. I offer comprehensive evaluations, medication management and ongoing support to help you feel your best.
I grew up in Louisiana and earned both my Medical Degree and Master of Public Health from Tulane University School of Medicine. I then completed my psychiatry residency at Harvard Longwood Psychiatry Residency in Boston, where I loved the training but quickly learned that blizzards were not for me! I returned to Louisiana to work in academic psychiatry, where I helped build a new residency program and eventually served as its Program Director. My family and I have since moved to Oregon, and we absolutely love it here.
When I'm not with patients, you'll find me spending time with my family, gardening, hunting for interesting rocks and looking after my crow friends!

If you schedule an appointment and your health insurance does not include OHSU Health, you may have to pay more than if you go to a provider in your insurance network.
