Why aren't there any ratings?

There is no publicly available rating for this care provider for one of three reasons:

About me

I am a family medicine physician providing full-spectrum primary care for patients of all ages. I treat a wide range of conditions, including:

  • high blood pressure
  • diabetes
  • high cholesterol

I take a whole-person approach when caring for my patients. I focus not only on treating illnesses, but also on prevention and promoting healthy living. I’m especially passionate about building long-term relationships that support your health through every stage of life.



Before medical school, I worked as an AmeriCorps volunteer teaching cooking and nutrition classes in underserved Seattle elementary schools. That experience brought together my love of food and wellness and sparked a deep commitment to social justice, values that continue to guide how I practice medicine today.



I earned my Bachelor of Science in Public Health from the University of Washington and my Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.) degree from Pacific Northwest University of Health Sciences. Originally from the Pacific Northwest, I’m thrilled to be in Portland for residency.



Outside of work, you’ll usually find me exploring trails, paddleboarding or soaking up sunshine with my dog, Pepper.

  1. Check your network. If you have health insurance,  call your company to find out if the OHSU Health location or provider you plan to visit is part of your network.
  2. Ask what you will pay. Your insurance company can tell you what your costs are likely to be.

If you schedule an appointment and your health insurance does not include OHSU Health, you may have to pay more than if you go to a provider in your insurance network.
