About me
I am a physician associate in neurology providing outpatient care for patients experiencing headaches or tremors.
I also provide full-spectrum neurology care, including comprehensive evaluations and management, with orders for laboratory testing and diagnostic imaging as indicated. Treatment options may include Botox therapy when appropriate, as well as electromyography (EMG) testing to support accurate diagnosis and care planning.
I value taking the time to truly listen to each patient’s story. Every individual brings a unique experience, and I believe understanding that perspective is essential to delivering meaningful care. Drawing on my years of medical training, I work collaboratively with patients through what can sometimes be a complex process to develop a treatment plan that aligns with both clinical best practices and the patient’s personal goals.
My approach centers on conducting thorough, thoughtful evaluations and partnering with each patient to clarify their hopes, expectations and desired outcomes. Together, we create a plan that is both medically sound and personally meaningful.
Growing up in Beaverton, Oregon, I chose to serve in the United States Air Force after high school. During that time, I had the opportunity to participate in mission trips to Kenya and Ethiopia—experiences that profoundly shaped my future.
Witnessing the medical needs in underserved communities inspired me to pursue a career in medicine. I realized I could combine my heart for serving people with meaningful, hands-on patient care. This calling led me to become a physician associate, a profession that allows me to care for patients while working across a variety of specialties throughout my career.
When I’m not working, I’m spending time with my family - my wife, our two children, and our energetic Havanese puppy who definitely runs the household. I enjoy attending professional basketball and soccer games, and I proudly coach my son’s “nearly professional” athletic teams.
I also love tackling home projects, both indoors and out, from landscaping to planting trees (and occasionally re-planting the ones I didn’t quite get right the first time). As a family, we enjoy exploring this vast country and discovering the beauty and diversity of the world through travel.
