Why aren't there any ratings?

There is no publicly available rating for this care provider for one of three reasons:

About me

I grew up in Saskatchewan, Canada, and attended Queen’s University in Ontario for my undergraduate studies in Biochemistry. I then moved to Chicago to pursue a Doctor of Optometry degree at the Illinois College of Optometry, where I graduated Summa Cum Laude in 2025. I was the recipient of the Clinical Award of Excellence, Contact Lens Leadership Award, and Cribb Leadership & Service Award amongst other clinical and academic distinctions. I was also awarded the Illinois Optometric Association student of the year in 2024. 

I completed a Fellowship in Medical Contact Lenses at the Casey Eye Institute in 2025-2026, and enjoyed my experience so much that I decided to stay on as a faculty member. I see patients with the Comprehensive Ophthalmology clinic in both Portland and Vancouver, as well as the Medical Contact Lens clinic in Portland. 

I am passionate about serving the community by providing comprehensive eye care and ocular disease management, as well as therapeutic vision rehabilitation via medical contact lenses to patients of all ages.

  1. Check your network. If you have health insurance,  call your company to find out if the OHSU Health location or provider you plan to visit is part of your network.
  2. Ask what you will pay. Your insurance company can tell you what your costs are likely to be.

If you schedule an appointment and your health insurance does not include OHSU Health, you may have to pay more than if you go to a provider in your insurance network.
