She was very well informed of a recent crisis I had. She followed up very well and help me formulate a plan to avoid future recurrence of similar crisis! I was very encouraged after this visit.

She answered all my questions and when she felt my concerns couldn't be addressed by her specialty, she explained and redirected me to who she thought would be better at helping some of my particular issues. I like that it felt the visit was transparent and equitable for all parties present.
