I appreciate this very much, not all doctors are doing this. She is always very friendly and helpful. I am glad that she is my doctor.

  16. Of course she's smart & thorough. She is one of the few physicians I'm not afraid of. I never have to worry that she's going to be patronizing or patient-blaming. Locally, T2D is mostly treated by PCP's and clinics w only surgeons & nutritionists. Had a different Endo say she doesn't treat diabetics "because they all lie". I'm grateful for Dr Klopfenstein.

She is a wonderful person and always find a way to make me comfortable by explaining everything in a matter that non professionals can understand .

She is cleaning up another doctors mishandling of my medical journey and she is doing so by working with me and making me a part of everything we have to do to bring me back to health.   26. This clinician is professional, has a vast knowledge of medicine, and remembers previous discussions. She is a 15 on a scale of 1 to 10. She could teach a master class in doctor / patient relationships.
