Dr Klopfenstein was excellent. I trust her and consider myself fortunate to have her help me with my medical needs. Making the video connection was another matter. My experience this time was poor. Previous video appointments were easy and smooth. This one was not. I ended up having to do the appointment over the phone. I started early with the video setup, as usual, and it went fine. I was informed I was ready but not that all I had to do was wait for the doctor to join the meeting. This was different from previous video sessions. I didn't know what to do at this point. If I did nothing and waited for the doctor, I could miss the meeting. I still had a little time before the session was to start so I repeated the setup process. Same result. I didn't know what to do. By now, I was past the start time and was prepared to exit the session and reopen MyChart to find the telephone # of a support person when the doctor called me on my alternate phone and saved the day.

Good listener, responsive to questions, responsive to needs.

She's the best in all ways. I appreciate her professionalism and her ability to listen to me.
