Excellent
Dr. Is helpful when he talks about pls and talks so we understand. He was very patient with all my questions.
He gave me deeper understanding about my very very rare condition. It involve amino acids in a section of my genes.
He was very accommodating even though I was late. Seems concerned with my health and provides good counsel
Very good. Always friendly, helpful, and informative.
Very distracted, did not seem interested in hearing what I had to say, I had to ask him several times to please stop typing and look at me. It seemed rushed and in a hurry to get out of there.
Serious and responsible professionals.
Clearly explained medical issues, answered all my questions, was friendly and sympathetic,
Professional as well as friendly
My experience in the exam room was ok - in retrospect, I'd have appreciated much more description of the checks the doctor was making. I am disappointed that it's taken more than 4 days for the after visit summary to get posted - it may turn out to be a week, since I still haven't received it.
Excellent and professional. Listened and responded to my request.
I had intake with a fifth year fellow. She described the process in detail and was very thorough in her I intake and exam. The Dr was well informed by the fellow when he came in to finish the appt.
ProfessionAl and caring
Listened carefully and answered appropriately. Did not seem rushed and focused on me.
Reassuring discussion
Honestly I felt like I was really listened to and my needs and concerns were well addressed.
Dr. Wilks has been helping me for about 3 1/2 years and I have continued to improve under his care. He is always on time and spends as much time that I need answering all my questions etc. He is personable and also communicates through My Chart quickly. I very much appreciate him.
Very good listener who is focused on tests and data but less interested in the whole person.
Great. Easy to talk with and ask question and my concerns adressed
Excellent
Dr. Wilkes was kind, thorough, and compassionate. Thank you!
Dr Wilks explained the results of several medical tests in a comprehensive yet understandable manner that finally illuminated my ailment. He patiently answered many questions and clarified issues when, through my own fault, I didn't quite understand the diagnosis. Very happy with the outcome!
On time, caring and informative.
Dr. Wilks is always willing to listen to my thoughts in preparing ongoing treatment and is definitely a collaboration.
I would like to especially compliment Dr. Sharf for his approachability, thoroughness and for the time he took to assess and also listen. Dr. Wilkes was also very helpful, I am so grateful for the time they took to explain things, share resources and make sure I had a plan for going forward.
Dr Wilks was very knowledgeable and explained my test results in a way that was easy to understand and made sure to address any and all questions I had.
Extremely good he listens, is through and proactive with my concerns
Dr Wilks served me well, explaining everything in detail
Dr. Wills was very professional and thorough. He took time to discuss my condition and he had previewed the tests and reports that my doctor sent him. I liked him very much.
Dr wilks is the best doctor I've ever seen and I am 69, so I've seen a few in my time
