About me

Open to new pregnant and pediatric patients

Dr. Tubay practices Family Medicine at the Gabriel Park Clinic, where she provides person-centered care to families and individuals of all ages, shapes, sizes & genders.

Over her twenty years of clinical practice, Dr. Tubay has worked in a wide variety of settings: rural, urban, military, academic, and underserved. She has studied improvements in prenatal care and been recognized for her teaching and clinical skills. With specialized training and years of experience in obstetrics & reproductive health, she has a special interest in the care of growing families. She realizes that health looks different to everyone, and enjoys working with patients to identify strategies that suit their individual goals and values.

Born and raised in rural Colorado, Dr. Tubay is always up for an adventure. An enthusiastic (if unskilled) athlete, she plays every kind of sport--from football & roller derby to triathlon & yoga--but she can be easily convinced to sit still for a good meal or a great book. She lives in southwest Portland with her husband, two children, and a very muddy dog.

What I love about Obstetrics:

Pregnancy is a time of tremendous growth--both figuratively and literally! I love the conversations that happen during this life changing event. Helping patients confidently navigate their own unique path to parenthood is the best feeling in the world.

Insurance

Before scheduling an appointment

  1. Check your network. If you have health insurance,  call your company to find out if the OHSU Health location or provider you plan to visit is part of your network.
  2. Ask what you will pay. Your insurance company can tell you what your costs are likely to be.

If you schedule an appointment and your health insurance does not include OHSU Health, you may have to pay more than if you go to a provider in your insurance network.

Visit our billing and insurance page for more information.
