About me

Dr. Raslan is a neurosurgeon who cares for adult patients with epilepsy, brain tumors, hydrocephalus, and movement disorders. He also treats patients who have chronic pain, such as facial and spinal pain, and pain from cancer.

Some of the surgeries he performs include brain mapping and awake craniotomy for epilepsy and brain tumors; focused ultrasound for essential tremor and Parkinson’s disease; and deep brain stimulation for epilepsy and movement disorders.

Dr. Raslan enjoys getting to know his patients and their families and interests, which helps him tailor their treatment to best improve their health and lives.

In his spare time, Dr. Raslan enjoys spending time with his family, traveling and cultural events.
