Biography

Dr. Wong specializes in blood. She completed fellowships in both pediatric hematology/oncology and transfusion medicine/blood bank. As such, she splits her time between caring for children with blood disorders, such as those with sickle cell disease (SCD), thalassemia, or bleeding/clotting disorders, and helping patients of all ages who need a blood transfusion.

Outside of work, Dr. Wong and her husband can be found trying to keep up with their two daughters. When she needs to get away from it all, she often hides in a good non-fiction book or in a pool swimming endless laps.
