Why aren't there any ratings?

There is no publicly available rating for this care provider for one of three reasons:

  1. They do not see patients.
  2. They see patients but have not yet received the minimum number of patient experience reviews. To be eligible for display, we require a minimum of 30 surveys. This ensures that the rating is statistically reliable and an accurate reflection of patient experience.

Trevor enjoys treating a variety of orthopedic conditions and helping people return to their desired activities. Trevor works to create a physical therapy experience that is individualized to each person. Outside of work Trevor enjoys ultimate Frisbee, rock climbing, fishing, and finding some time to read.

Before scheduling your appointment, we recommend you contact your insurance company to verify that the OHSU Health location or provider you plan to visit is included in your network. Your insurance company will also be able to inform you of any copayments, co–insurance, or deductibles that will be your responsibility.
