Why aren't there any ratings?

There is no publicly available rating for this care provider for one of three reasons:

About me

Nylah provides physical therapy rehabilitation to adults experiencing pelvic health and orthopedic issues. She has advanced training in pelvic floor physical therapy, orthopedics, and persistent pain. Her main goal is to empower her patients to live their best lives.

She enjoys hiking, backpacking, spending time with family, and culinary adventures.

  2. Ask what you will pay. Your insurance company can tell you what your costs are likely to be.

If you schedule an appointment and your health insurance does not include OHSU Health, you may have to pay more than if you go to a provider in your insurance network.
