Why aren't there any ratings?

There is no publicly available rating for this care provider for one of three reasons:

  1. They do not see patients.
  2. They see patients but have not yet received the minimum number of patient experience reviews. To be eligible for display, we require a minimum of 30 surveys. This ensures that the rating is statistically reliable and an accurate reflection of patient experience.

About me

Dr. Yamaguchi is committed to a patient-centered and holistic approach to physical rehabilitation that focuses on integrating manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, therapeutic exercise, and health promotion and health behavior change to optimize movement and enhance physical well-being. Outside of patient care at OHSU, Dr. Yamaguchi is a Clinical Assistant Professor of Physical Therapy at the University of Southern California and teaches in the areas of anatomy, orthopedic physical therapy, and therapeutic exercise.

Dr. Yamaguchi spends her free time exercising, cooking and baking, reading, and tolerating at her husband’s bad jokes. She is learning to sail and often daydreams about international travel, spending more time in nature, and living off the grid.

Before scheduling your appointment, we recommend you contact your insurance company to verify that the OHSU Health location or provider you plan to visit is included in your network. Your insurance company will also be able to inform you of any copayments, co–insurance, or deductibles that will be your responsibility.
