About me

I am an anesthesiologist, which means I provide anesthesia for patients during surgical procedures.

My approach to patient care is to treat everyone with dignity and respect. I value being able to care for people during stressful times and put them at ease.

I was born in Massachusetts and graduated from Fitchburg State College in Massachusetts in 2007 with my B.S.N. Shortly after, I joined the U.S. Army as a med-surg nurse and then completed the Critical Care Nursing Program in 2011. In 2022, I graduated from the US Army Graduate Program of Anesthesia Nursing through Baylor University in Waco, Texas. I served at Bayne Jones Army Community Hospital in For Polk Louisiana as a Nurse Anesthetist before starting the Army AMCT3 program at OHSU.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with family, long-distance running, hiking and reading.

Insurance

Before scheduling an appointment

  1. Check your network. If you have health insurance,  call your company to find out if the OHSU Health location or provider you plan to visit is part of your network.
  2. Ask what you will pay. Your insurance company can tell you what your costs are likely to be.

If you schedule an appointment and your health insurance does not include OHSU Health, you may have to pay more than if you go to a provider in your insurance network.
