Why aren't there any ratings?

There is no publicly available rating for this care provider for one of three reasons:

About me

Dr. Michael Sarvi is a family medicine physician with special interests in addiction medicine, chronic disease management and mental health.

He provides comprehensive care for patients of all ages—including pediatrics, adolescent health, adult medicine, geriatrics, prenatal care and inpatient care. He is committed to caring for the whole person, not just the disease. 

Dr. Sarvi also has a clinical and research interest in the potential role of psilocybin-assisted therapy for select conditions such as treatment-resistant depression, alcohol use disorder and end-of-life despair. He previously trained as a study physician on psilocybin and MDMA research trials involving veterans at the Portland VA Medical Center. He now serves as a consultant with the PEACE Clinic in OHSU’s Department of Psychiatry, where he conducts medical and psychiatric risk assessments and provides balanced, evidence-grounded counseling on the potential benefits and risks of psilocybin services in Oregon.

  2. Ask what you will pay. Your insurance company can tell you what your costs are likely to be.

If you schedule an appointment and your health insurance does not include OHSU Health, you may have to pay more than if you go to a provider in your insurance network.
