About me

Dr. Seghete’s clinical interests are in the areas of pediatric neuropsychology, perinatal mental health/women's mental health, and child maltreatment and early life trauma. She has experience and training in evaluating children and adolescents with a wide range of disorders resulting in cognitive dysfunction, such as ADHD, learning disorders, and psychological disorders. Dr. Seghete has evaluated and worked with children and adolescents across a variety of ages with a history of abuse or other psychological trauma. Additionally, she is certified in perinatal mental health and has an interest in women's mental health more broadly. Dr. Seghete's research interests are highly related to her clinical interests, with a focus on using functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI) to understand neurobiological  mechanisms of action in perinatal mental health interventions and the neurobiological impact of childhood maltreatment across the lifespan.

Insurance

Before scheduling an appointment

  1. Check your network. If you have health insurance,  call your company to find out if the OHSU Health location or provider you plan to visit is part of your network.
  2. Ask what you will pay. Your insurance company can tell you what your costs are likely to be.

If you schedule an appointment and your health insurance does not include OHSU Health, you may have to pay more than if you go to a provider in your insurance network.

Visit our billing and insurance page for more information.
