Why aren't there any ratings?

There is no publicly available rating for this care provider for one of three reasons:

About me

I provide pharmacy services and education to patients with a variety of kidney diseases, including patients on dialysis or post-transplantation. I focus on patient education and transitions of care, following patients throughout their development.

Outside of work, I enjoy baking, reading and spending time outside running, cross country skiing or hiking.

  2. Ask what you will pay. Your insurance company can tell you what your costs are likely to be.

If you schedule an appointment and your health insurance does not include OHSU Health, you may have to pay more than if you go to a provider in your insurance network.
