About me

Dr Dalouk completed his training in cardiovascular medicine and cardiac electrophysiology at OHSU. He joined the Knight Cardiovascular Institute as an assistant professor between 2015 - 2017 and provided cardiac electrophysiology care at our affiliated Columbia Memorial Hospital in Astoria serving the coast community. He transitioned his clinical care to the Portland VA Medical Center in August 2017. Dr Dalouk is a fellow of the Heart Rhythm Society (FHRS).
