About me
Katie works with patients to address goals of health and wellbeing. She spends time listening to patient stories and is often inspired by their unique tales of survival, resilience, and effective coping. Katie will partner with you to learn new tools for building a healthy life as you try (and try again) to find what works best for you.
Katie strives to keep a healthy work/balance with a full and productive home life. She enjoys planning and cooking her next meal and loves to spend time outside.
