Why aren't there any ratings?

There is no publicly available rating for this care provider for one of three reasons:

Dr. Johnson joined the Department of Emergency Medicine in 2018.  His professional interests include difficult airways and critical care.  During his free time, Dr. Johnson can be found exploring city parks of Portland with his children, reading a novel outside or biking.
