Why aren't there any ratings?

There is no publicly available rating for this care provider for one of three reasons:

About me

I am a family medicine physician providing full-spectrum care for patients of all ages. I treat a wide range of conditions, including: 

  • Chronic diseases (high blood pressure, diabetes, etc.)
  • Acne and other skin concerns
  • Sports injuries
  • Musculoskeletal pain

My goal is to provide holistic, patient-centered care that honors your background, values and goals. I believe in working together with you to make informed decisions about your health, with a strong focus on prevention, managing chronic illness and supporting your long-term wellness. My approach is grounded in cultural humility and a commitment to creating an inclusive, welcoming space where you feel heard and supported—no matter your age or stage of life. 

I grew up in the farmlands of Silverton, Oregon, and spent part of my childhood in Osaka, Japan—experiences that shaped my commitment to community, connection and culturally grounded care. Outside of work, I’m a lifelong runner and marathoner. I love helping other runners meet their goals, and I’m always up for a great book recommendation.

Before scheduling an appointment

  1. Check your network. If you have health insurance,  call your company to find out if the OHSU Health location or provider you plan to visit is part of your network.
  2. Ask what you will pay. Your insurance company can tell you what your costs are likely to be.

If you schedule an appointment and your health insurance does not include OHSU Health, you may have to pay more than if you go to a provider in your insurance network.
