About me

I am a physical therapist specializing in vestibular disorders and concussion rehabilitation

I've been a practicing physical therapist since 2011, and since 2015 my work has been focused on helping people experiencing:

  • Dizziness
  • Imbalance
  • Post-concussive symptoms
  • Frequent falls

My goal is to get you back to moving through life with confidence.

Originally from Minnesota, I bring a warm, patient-centered approach to every person I work with. We'll work together closely to understand your goals and daily demands, and I'll make sure you leave each session with tools you can actually use on your own.

What I love most about this work is helping people understand what's happening in their bodies and why. Symptoms like dizziness and imbalance can feel scary and unpredictable, and I find it deeply rewarding to help patients move from that place of uncertainty to one of real confidence and control.

Outside of the clinic, you'll most likely find me outdoors. I enjoy hiking, camping or traveling somewhere new, usually with my dog in tow. I also love settling in with a good book whenever life slows down enough to allow it.

Insurance

Before scheduling an appointment

  1. Check your network. If you have health insurance,  call your company to find out if the OHSU Health location or provider you plan to visit is part of your network.
  2. Ask what you will pay. Your insurance company can tell you what your costs are likely to be.

If you schedule an appointment and your health insurance does not include OHSU Health, you may have to pay more than if you go to a provider in your insurance network.

Visit our billing and insurance page for more information.
