About me

Jeff has extensive training and experience working in sports medicine treating numerous high school, college, and professional athletes, along with several World Cup, US National/ Olympic team members and medalists in addition to the weekend warrior in the active communities of Lake Placid, NY, Boulder and Steamboat Springs, CO and Bend, OR. He was the first physical therapist trained to perform medical 3-D and performance bike fits and worked for 10 years under the direction of Dr. Andrew Pruitt, a world renowned expert on bike fitting at the Boulder Center for Sports Medicine in Boulder, CO.  In addition to playing basketball at the college level, Jeff also coached high school basketball for 13 years in Colorado and is a licensed snowboard instructor. Being active himself, he enjoys and understands his patient’s desires and motivation to return to previous levels of function after an injury or surgery.

In his free time, Jeff enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter anywhere outdoors, cycling, snowboarding, traveling and cheering on his beloved New York Knicks and Montana Grizzlies.

Insurance

Before scheduling an appointment

  1. Check your network. If you have health insurance,  call your company to find out if the OHSU Health location or provider you plan to visit is part of your network.
  2. Ask what you will pay. Your insurance company can tell you what your costs are likely to be.

If you schedule an appointment and your health insurance does not include OHSU Health, you may have to pay more than if you go to a provider in your insurance network.

Visit our billing and insurance page for more information.
