Why aren't there any ratings?

There is no publicly available rating for this care provider for one of three reasons:

About me

Dr. Jacob “Jake” Berkowitz is an internal medicine intern. He has a special interest in treating people with cancer. He also has done research in blood cancers and disorders. Dr. Berkowitz enjoys getting to know patients and learning from their beliefs and backgrounds to help him offer the best care possible. He focuses on working together with patients and wants you to have a voice in your care. Dr. Berkowitz enjoys running, live music and reading.

  2. Ask what you will pay. Your insurance company can tell you what your costs are likely to be.

If you schedule an appointment and your health insurance does not include OHSU Health, you may have to pay more than if you go to a provider in your insurance network.
