Why aren't there any ratings?

There is no publicly available rating for this care provider for one of three reasons:

  1. They do not see patients.
  2. They see patients but have not yet received the minimum number of patient experience reviews. To be eligible for display, we require a minimum of 30 surveys. This ensures that the rating is statistically reliable and an accurate reflection of patient experience.

About me

Haley joined the OHSU team in 2023 and specializes in the evaluation and treatment of pelvic floor dysfunction. She believes in using a comprehensive approach to healing, integrating mind and body, and keeping patient goals at the center of treatment.

In her free time, Haley enjoys hiking, yoga, and weightlifting. She also likes to try new restaurants, explore different neighborhoods, and spend lots of time with family and friends.

Before scheduling an appointment

  1. Check your network. If you have health insurance,  call your company to find out if the OHSU Health location or provider you plan to visit is part of your network.
  2. Ask what you will pay. Your insurance company can tell you what your costs are likely to be.

If you schedule an appointment and your health insurance does not include OHSU Health, you may have to pay more than if you go to a provider in your insurance network.
