About me
I am a pediatric clinical psychologist. I work with children, teens and their families to support both emotional well-being and the connection between mental and physical health. I specialize in helping young people manage concerns such as:
- Gastrointestinal conditions
- Tics and Tourette syndrome
- Feeding or toileting challenges
- Sleep or behavioral concerns
In my practice, I use evidence-based therapies tailored to each child’s needs, including:
- Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT)
- Acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT)
- Exposure and response prevention (ERP)
- Gut-directed CBT
I also offer pill swallowing training and behavioral therapy with parent management training (PMT) to support caregivers in helping their children succeed.
I take a collaborative, family-centered approach, working closely with both patients and caregivers to create care plans that feel supportive, practical and personalized. My goal is to provide inclusive, whole-person care for all youth, including those with developmental differences and gender-diverse identities, so every child feels seen, respected and empowered in their care.
I also serve as a psychologist in the Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD) Clinic, where I combine clinical care and research to help improve the quality of life for children living with chronic medical conditions.
Outside of work, I enjoy artmaking, exercising, reading, traveling and spending time with family, friends and my two cats.
