About me
I’m a nurse practitioner in the Department of Neurological Surgery, where I work on the functional neurosurgery team.
I help care for patients with conditions such as:
- Hydrocephalus
- Brain tumors
- Parkinson’s disease
My role includes supporting patients before and after surgeries like shunt placements, deep brain stimulator placements and brain tumor resections.
I work closely with functional neurosurgeons and a highly skilled care team to ensure that patients receive safe, coordinated and compassionate treatment. I find great fulfillment in supporting people through some of the most challenging times in their lives.
Every patient’s journey is unique, and my goal is to provide thoughtful guidance and care that supports healing—physically and emotionally.
Outside of work, I love being outdoors—gardening, trail running, hiking and camping. I also enjoy cooking, spending time with family and friends and snuggling my dog, Cowboy.

Insurance
Before scheduling an appointment
- Check your network. If you have health insurance, call your company to find out if the OHSU Health location or provider you plan to visit is part of your network.
- Ask what you will pay. Your insurance company can tell you what your costs are likely to be.
If you schedule an appointment and your health insurance does not include OHSU Health, you may have to pay more than if you go to a provider in your insurance network.
