About me
I am a Registered Dietitian dedicated to helping patients improve their health through practical, sustainable nutrition strategies. I split my time between bariatric surgery services and inpatient care, supporting patients through surgery preparation and recovery while also providing nutrition care for a wide range of medical conditions. I am passionate about empowering patients with the knowledge and confidence to make informed decisions about their nutrition and overall well-being.
I provide patient-centered care, focusing on helping patients to make sustainable changes to improve health and meet goals through a healthy lifestyle and a nutrient-rich diet. I love seeing patients improve their quality of life.
Outside of work, you'll usually find me spending time with my family, chasing after my two kids, or tinkering on a woodworking project. I enjoy creating unique wall art and barn quilts. I also love getting outdoors and staying active by running with my favorite four-legged companions, the family dogs.

Insurance
Before scheduling an appointment
- Check your network. If you have health insurance, call your company to find out if the OHSU Health location or provider you plan to visit is part of your network.
- Ask what you will pay. Your insurance company can tell you what your costs are likely to be.
If you schedule an appointment and your health insurance does not include OHSU Health, you may have to pay more than if you go to a provider in your insurance network.
