About me
I am a clinical pharmacist who works with patients in the family medicine setting. I partner with patients throughout their weight loss journey, providing individualized treatment plans, medication management and ongoing support.
I believe that treating obesity is about much more than the number on a scale. It is an opportunity to improve many related health conditions, enhance quality of life and help patients achieve their personal health goals.
My approach to patient care is centered on collaboration, education and trust. I enjoy working closely with patients to understand their unique needs and goals, allowing me to provide personalized medication management and supportive guidance. I strive to create a welcoming, positive environment where patients feel heard, valued and empowered to take an active role in their care.
I completed two years of postgraduate residency training focused on the management of type 2 diabetes, hypertension and other chronic conditions before joining OHSU. The experience caring for patients with these conditions sparked my passion for weight management, as I witnessed the significant impact obesity can have on overall health.
Outside of work I find joy in cooking, reading and taking trips to Disneyland.

Insurance
Before scheduling an appointment
- Check your network. If you have health insurance, call your company to find out if the OHSU Health location or provider you plan to visit is part of your network.
- Ask what you will pay. Your insurance company can tell you what your costs are likely to be.
If you schedule an appointment and your health insurance does not include OHSU Health, you may have to pay more than if you go to a provider in your insurance network.
