Why aren't there any ratings?

There is no publicly available rating for this care provider for one of three reasons:

About me

Anna Bloom is a family medicine doctor who provides primary care, pregnancy (obstetric) care and gender-affirming care to patients of all ages and backgrounds.

She enjoys partnering with patients to help them achieve physical and mental well-being. She aims for a full understanding of each patient's needs and for open communication.            

Outside of work, she enjoys rock climbing, hot yoga, cooking delicious meals with friends, and exploring the Pacific Northwest with her husband and dogs.

  2. Ask what you will pay. Your insurance company can tell you what your costs are likely to be.

If you schedule an appointment and your health insurance does not include OHSU Health, you may have to pay more than if you go to a provider in your insurance network.
