Why aren't there any ratings?

There is no publicly available rating for this care provider for one of three reasons:

About me

Angie is a board-certified Adult/Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner.  She received her nursing degree from Georgetown University and her NP degree from University of California, San Francisco.  She has a background in cardiovascular surgery and thoracic surgery as well as medical oncology.  A Chicago native, Angie is enjoying settling into Portland with her husband and two children.

  2. Ask what you will pay. Your insurance company can tell you what your costs are likely to be.

If you schedule an appointment and your health insurance does not include OHSU Health, you may have to pay more than if you go to a provider in your insurance network.
