Why aren't there any ratings?

There is no publicly available rating for this care provider for one of three reasons:

  1. They do not see patients.
  2. They see patients but have not yet received the minimum number of patient experience reviews. To be eligible for display, we require a minimum of 30 surveys. This ensures that the rating is statistically reliable and an accurate reflection of patient experience.

About me

Dr. Bologna specializes in orthopedic rehab for spine and extremities. Dr.Bologna enjoys working with people from all backgrounds to pursue the physical activities they find most personally meaningful. He is an LGTBQ+ affirming provider. 

In his spare time, Dr. Bologna enjoys spending time with his partner who is a family medicine physician, as well as their cat who they have trained to do tricks. He enjoys riding his bike, playing his guitar, and practices historical sport fencing. As one of our department’s union stewards, he enjoys participating in local union activities here at the hospital.

  2. Ask what you will pay. Your insurance company can tell you what your costs are likely to be.

If you schedule an appointment and your health insurance does not include OHSU Health, you may have to pay more than if you go to a provider in your insurance network.
