Andrew Lane is a board-certified pediatric dentist and Assistant Professor in the Division of Pediatric Dentistry at OHSU. His clinical and academic work is driven by evidence-based dentistry. He works with and teaches dental students and residents.
Most of his childhood was spent in a town right outside of St. Louis, Missouri. He attended the University of Missouri – Columbia for his undergraduate degree in biology as well as his master’s degree in inorganic chemistry. For dental school, he attended the Medical University of South Carolina in beautiful Charleston, South Carolina. Upon graduation, he moved to the Pacific Northwest to pursue a general practice residency at OHSU. For a year after the completion of the general practice residency, Dr. Lane worked in Bremerton, Washington, before heading back to OHSU to complete a residency in pediatric dentistry.
Dr. Lane is a Diplomate of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry. He is licensed in Oregon. Dr. Lane works at both the OHSU School of Dentistry and has hospital privileges at Doernbecher Children’s Hospital.
