About me
I am a family medicine doctor providing comprehensive sports medicine and primary care. I offer patients help with the management of:
- Chronic diseases
- Acute illnesses
- Acute and chronic musculoskeletal injuries
- Sports-related injuries
- Concussions
- Diagnostic and interventional musculoskeletal ultrasound
- In-office procedures
As a family medicine physician with sports medicine training, I enjoy caring for patients of all ages and activity levels, from competitive athletes to weekend warriors and anyone looking to stay healthy and active. I have a special interest in musculoskeletal injuries, ultrasound-guided procedures, and using point-of-care ultrasound to help patients better understand their diagnosis in real time.
I believe that educating patients about their condition empowers them to make informed decisions and become active participants in their recovery.
I believe the best patient care starts with listening. My approach is to partner with patients to understand what matters most to them and develop a treatment plan that fits their individual needs and lifestyle.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time outdoors, whether it's hiking, paddleboarding or rollerblading. I also love exploring local restaurants and farmers’ markets and relaxing at home with my cats.

Before scheduling an appointment
- Check your network. If you have health insurance, call your company to find out if the OHSU Health location or provider you plan to visit is part of your network.
- Ask what you will pay. Your insurance company can tell you what your costs are likely to be.
If you schedule an appointment and your health insurance does not include OHSU Health, you may have to pay more than if you go to a provider in your insurance network.
