We were very satisfied with our experience with Dr. Krol. He was extremely good with my 3 year old regarding the bump on her nose, and he let us know what our options were he gave us time to choose. We didn't feel rushed. I feel like we got all the information and he truly was just an expert at in vain compassion patience and empathy for my daughter who had to get a very painful shot in a sensitive area. I would highly recommend him. Thank you. Bye.

He was a very, very impressionable, I mean, he made an impression on me that was..... that I haven't felt in a long time Dr. Krol explained everything to me. If I had any questions, he didn't make me feel like I was annoying him with the questions, because I did have quite a bit. His....his demeanor and everything that he brung in with him was just very pleasant. I wish..... I asked them if I could continue to bring my son back to him. Unfortunately, he's retired, but he was phenomenal.

Dr Krol was fine as well as his attending teaching physician. However I'm frustrated in how long it took for us to get an appointment as well as how many times I needed to call to get his records faxed to NY where we needed to see a Dr while on vacation because his cystic acne spot grew so large and needed to be drained and injected. The NY office never did receive the fax after 3 calls. Plus I was told we had to wait till yesterday for our appt.because and the Beaverton location was not an option because my son is still considered pediatric and the Dr yesterday said for acne he could be seen at any location for acne. I am seriously considering switching him to another local provider.

Positive if a little light on technical (with computers) from him. Also was asked same questions by nurse, resident, and doctor.
- Aug 23, 2018
The resident that first saw us was wonderful, he was patient and listened to our questions. And also I appreciated he really addressed my child and how willing he was to follow through with the skin treatment, and was fantastic. The actual doctor was very rushed and I didn't feel like was super thorough and was talking about his retirement, so. He was friendly and nice but I felt a little rushed and dismissed by him.

The visit was extremely quick, in that we arrived 15 minutes early, were taken immediately back to a room and were seen promptly. At no point did we wait more than 2 minutes for someone. The doctors and nurses were knowledgeable and pleasant.

The doctors suggested multiple times that surgery would be easy. However, they did not recognize my concern about putting a toddler under anesthesia. They did not dismiss it, but neither did they respond to it.

we loved our experience with dr kroll. he took lots of time with us, answered our questions, gave us handouts and made sure to talk to me and my son so we knew what was happening and how to move forward.
- Feb 28, 2018
not only did be talk over me, he was completely dismissive of my concerns. when I pointed out things that didn't fit the diagnoses, he quickly found reason- like, she must rub right there that's why it's rough) even though I insured hun she does not.

Seemed rushed and uninterested. Didn't seem to care much about way he presented information and didn't show much compassion for any concerns we had, as we were hearing about this condition for the first time. While it's not a life-threatening condition, it still has potential anxiety producing for us as parents and for our child. Plus uncertainty as to how this condition may progress. Provider didn't seem concerned, so showed little to no compassion. Hurried us along.
