About me
I am a marriage or relationship counselor who treats adults. I specialize in sex therapy and relationship counseling, focusing on the emotional and sexual well-being of individuals and couples across a wide range of experiences and identities.
My areas of focus include working with:
- sexual pain and dysfunction
- partners navigating differences in sexual desire
- communication and emotional disconnection in romantic relationships
- members of the LGBTQIA+, polyamory, and kinky communities
My approach is warm, collaborative and grounded in the belief that everyone deserves a fulfilling and authentic intimate life. I strive to create a space where clients feel truly seen and supported, approaching each person with respect, curiosity and compassion.
Outside of work you might find me getting ready for a camping trip with family and friends, or at home with a sewing project, a good book and my two cats.

Insurance
Before scheduling an appointment
- Check your network. If you have health insurance, call your company to find out if the OHSU Health location or provider you plan to visit is part of your network.
- Ask what you will pay. Your insurance company can tell you what your costs are likely to be.
If you schedule an appointment and your health insurance does not include OHSU Health, you may have to pay more than if you go to a provider in your insurance network.
