About me
Tim Gerke specializes in caring for adults in the peri-operative period at OHSU both for inpatient and ambulatory surgery. He recently completed my nurse anesthesia training at OHSU in December, 2015 and joined the faculty at OHSU in February.
When he is not at OHSU, he enjoys hiking, camping and traveling with his wife. Tim became interested in anesthesia while participating in medical mission trips to Haiti and the Dominican Republic. He has founded two outreach programs in Port-au-Prince; the first is a medical outreach for indigent Haitians and another provides food and shelter to orphans in need.

Insurance
Before scheduling an appointment
- Check your network. If you have health insurance, call your company to find out if the OHSU Health location or provider you plan to visit is part of your network.
- Ask what you will pay. Your insurance company can tell you what your costs are likely to be.
If you schedule an appointment and your health insurance does not include OHSU Health, you may have to pay more than if you go to a provider in your insurance network.
