About me

Dr. Melissa Warstadt is a neuroradiologist who joined the OHSU Department of Diagnostic Radiology in 2025. She earned an undergraduate degree in neuroscience from Brown University, followed by medical school at Boston University School of Medicine. She completed diagnostic radiology residency at OHSU and a two year neuroradiology fellowship at the University of Utah before returning to OHSU as faculty. 

Dr. Warstadt’s clinical and research interests include head and neck imaging, neuro-oncology, and neuropsychiatric imaging and treatment. She is also interested in CT and fluoroscopic guided procedures of the spine and head and neck. Additionally, she is passionate about providing quality radiology education, and has taught all levels of learners from high school students to residents and fellows. 

Outside of medicine, Dr. Warstadt enjoys skiing, hiking, kayaking, cooking, playing ukulele and guitar, exploring the Portland food scene, and spending quality time with family and friends.

Before scheduling an appointment

  1. Check your network. If you have health insurance,  call your company to find out if the OHSU Health location or provider you plan to visit is part of your network.
  2. Ask what you will pay. Your insurance company can tell you what your costs are likely to be.

If you schedule an appointment and your health insurance does not include OHSU Health, you may have to pay more than if you go to a provider in your insurance network.
