About me

Dr Foley moved to Portland in 2022 after beginning her career on the east coast. While working in bench research at the Vaccine Research Center with the NIH, she became interested in medicine. She graduated with her MD at EVMS in Norfolk Virginia, then moved on to Virginia Commonwealth University for internal medicine residency. Dr Foley remained as an attending upon graduating from residency, first as a clinical hospitalist, then as an academic hospitalist to focus more on teaching. She attended on the VCU procedure team, and actively participated in both medical student and resident education.

Insurance

Before scheduling an appointment

  1. Check your network. If you have health insurance,  call your company to find out if the OHSU Health location or provider you plan to visit is part of your network.
  2. Ask what you will pay. Your insurance company can tell you what your costs are likely to be.

If you schedule an appointment and your health insurance does not include OHSU Health, you may have to pay more than if you go to a provider in your insurance network.
