Why aren't there any ratings?

There is no publicly available rating for this care provider for one of three reasons:

Heather is a Nurse Anesthetist that provides many different types of anesthesia for many different types of surgery. In her spare time, she enjoys almost anything that is done outdoors. She and her husband frequently golf, hike, bike, kite surf and stand up paddleboard.
